Our registered massage therapist provides our patients with therapeutic massages, deep tissue massages, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, trigger point techniques, and more.
Acupuncture
Both our physiotherapist and massage therapist are trained in acupunture and may offer this treatment in addition to your physiotherapy or massage therapy visits to help with your condition.

Shivhoun de Melo BHSc.P.T.
Owner and Registered Physiotherapist
Shivhoun was born in Kenya and received her Bachelor's Degree of Science in Physiotherapy in the UK in 1997 and is registered with the College of Physiotherapy in Ontario.
Shivhoun has been been a RPT for over 20 years in the community and has maintained loyal patient relationships throughout the years.
She brings a wealth of knowledge about musculoskeletal, orthopaedic issues and sports injuries and has experience in dealing with MVA and WSIB clients. You can expect compassion and professional treatment from Shivhoun.
In her spare time, Shivhoun enjoys playing tennis, biking and any outdoor activity!
Slawomir Grzeszczyk R.M.T
Registered Massage Therapist
Slawomir "Suavek" Grzeszczyk has been the Registered Massage Therapist at our clinic for over 20 years. Suavek is experienced in providing relaxing, Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage and self-care treatment plans. He can assist clients with anxiety, muscle and joint aches and pains, headaches, sports injuries and chronic conditions.
Suavek received his Massage Therapy Certification in 1989 and is currently registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
In his spare time Suavek enjoys cycling, weight training and spending time with his family!
Sumeet Kour Isher BPT
Registered Physiotherapist
Sumeet earned her Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy in 2002 in India, where she built her clinical skills and later moved to the UK where she worked with the NHS for 2 years.
In 2024, Sumeet obtained her physiotherapy license in Canada and has since been dedicated to helping patients of all ages manage and recover from muscoskeletal conditions. Her holisitc and compassionate approach ensures that each patient receives personalized care focusing on improving function and reducing pain.
Outside of work, Sumeet enjoys music and dancing and spending time with family.
A fun fact - Sumeet was once our Physiotherapy Assistant and has returned to be our part time Registered Physiotherapist!
Glenda Rendon
Office Administrator
Glenda has been the Office Administrator at Apple Hills Physiotherapy for over 20 years. Glenda is the first person you encounter at the clinic and she is there to make sure all processes run smoothly for you from the start. She is proficient at billing insurance companies, handling complex cases including MVA and WSIB. Glenda's positive energy is a wonderful addition to the clinic and her warmth is a patient favorite!

We bill most major insurance plans directly.
At our clinic, we want to make our services accessible to as many patients as possible. That's why we accept most major insurance plans and can bill them directly. If you have any questions about the insurance billing process, please don't hesitate to contact us.
We accept Extended Health, WSIB, Motor Vehicle Accident and Private patients.
